Vektosys is committed to making Age Calculator at age.vektosys.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable.
Our approach
Accessibility is built into our product decisions from the start, including:
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and headings
- Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Skip link to main content from the site header
- Text alternatives for meaningful icons where needed
- Responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow on small screens
- Light and dark themes with attention to contrast
- Reduced reliance on motion for core tasks; respect for reduced-motion preferences
- Form labels associated with inputs across calculator tools
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, such as advertising if enabled, may not fully meet our accessibility standards because they are controlled by external providers. We select partners carefully and monitor impact on usability.
Date and time inputs depend on browser-native controls, which vary in accessibility support across platforms. We continue to test on major browsers and assistive technologies.
Compatibility
The Service is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and voice control, on desktop and mobile devices.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on age.vektosys.com, we want to hear from you. Please email age@vektosys.com with:
- A description of the issue

- Your browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if applicable)
We will make reasonable efforts to respond within five business days and to provide an alternative means of access where possible while we work on a fix.
Continuous improvement
We review accessibility during design and development, run manual checks, and update the Service as standards and user needs evolve. This statement will be revised when we make material improvements or identify new limitations.
