Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, provide a written notification that includes all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, the exact URL on age.vektosys.com).
Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. Knowingly submitting false claims may expose you to liability under the DMCA.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where Vektosys may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the infringing activity.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

User-generated content

Age Calculator primarily provides calculator tools that run locally in the browser. If we host user-submitted content in the future (for example, blog comments), this policy will apply to that content as well.
